MINIMUM ORDER OF $100.00

We are a wholesale store, your satisfaction is very important for us. We want you to be pleased with our merchandise, here is a few things you need to know about orders & returns.

  1. We do not exchange seasonal garments or accessories, Christmas, Easter, Saint Patrick’s, Valentines, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Etc..... Garments on sale / clearance  are FINAL SALE  and we will not accept return or exchange.
  1. We take  exchange only  if there is a factory defect on regular paid price.
  2. You have 5 days after receiving your order to report the damaged garments or other concerns regarding the order received.
  3.  Please note that we may refuse future transactions if you cancel over 3 orders within one year.
  4. We will try to cancel your order upon request, but cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order's current status.
  5. Packages must be dropped at USPS within 3 business days. If the package is not dropped within 3 business days we will not sent out replacements & we will deduct restocking fee and the return cost.
  6. Shipping is never refundable.
  7. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  8. If you have a defective garment send us an image to the phone provided or email we provided you, do not forget to include your order number for a faster response.  
    We don’t price match in store or online prices.   Our prices are sometimes different as well as discount codes.
  9. When adding to your order: Please pay the invoice promptly, We do not guarantee that the items you requested to be added will be added. Sometimes it depends on the amount of orders or how processed your order is.  
  10. KIDSCHARMONLINE.COM is not responsible for LOST PACKAGES, or delivered in wrong addresses provided by the customer or ups. If your order is more than $100.00 we recommend adding insurance to your order.
